The MSSU Faculty Senate seeks your opinions, questions and feedback about issues related to the University and its operations, particularly pertaining to faculty-related functions.

This form is designed to give you a means to provide information, positive, negative or simply informative. This form allows you to submit comments anonymously.

However, please be advised that anonymous comments may not be able to be fully acted upon. If you would prefer to submit a signed comment, please see the signed version of the comment form here.

Please be as specific as possible when referring to MSSU policies, procedures, events or circumstances.

Faculty members may also submit comments, suggestions or questions to Faculty Senate members in an unmarked envelope via campus mail or by contacting any Faculty Senate representative.
