Campus Event Form
This form is used to schedule events on and off campus and to reserve the room/area in Billingsley Student Center (BSC) needed by a club/organization.
Every club/organization planning an event must fill out this form.
This form is due to the Student Activities Office at LEAST one week prior to the intended event.
If another facility on campus besides the BSC is to be used for the event, then it will be the sole responsibility of the club/organization to schedule said facility on their own.
A copy of the approved facility request form must accompany this event form for approval.
***Simply submitting a campus event form does not automatically approve the event.***
